Magellan seeks to understand barriers network providers face
Outreach begins to those who haven't validated practice data or submitted claims recently
In a recent analysis of the Magellan provider network, we’ve noticed that a significant number of practices have not attested to their information within the past quarter or submitted any claims with Magellan in over 180 days.
To understand these practices’ current standing and whether they’ve experienced any barriers in treating Magellan members, we will begin outreach via email, inviting recipients to complete a short survey.
Depending on these practices’ responses in the survey, a Magellan provider relations representative may follow up with them to discuss next steps.
