About the presenters
Shawnna Punteney serves as a clinical director for Charlie Health. With 23 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and national board-certified counselor, Shawnna is independently licensed in 19 states. She employs a variety of treatment modalities and specializes in trauma. Shawnna lives in Casper, Wyoming where she maintains a modest private practice.
Anastasia Theisen serves as a clinical supervisor for Charlie Health. Anastasia has eight years of experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist and is currently independently licensed in 18 states. Anastasia has primarily worked in community mental health, eating disorder, higher level of care, and intensive outpatient care, focusing on family systems and trauma modalities. Anastasia lives in Alton, Illinois.
