Texas Medicaid providers: Ensure your service locations and addresses are correct in PEMS
Keeping your practice information up to date is essential to ensuring appropriate referrals, appointment availability and accurate and timely claims processing. This is why, in addition to notifying Magellan of your updated addresses, if you are part of our network for Texas Medicaid, you must also ensure each of your service locations are accurate and enrolled with the State using the online Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) tool at www.tmhp.com.*
This is a state and contractual requirement.
