EAP handbook supplement updated for 2024

In addition to a revised Magellan National Provider Handbook, you’ll find the updated handbook supplement for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers — in effect for 2024 — on our provider website as well. 

If you serve Magellan EAP members in the FOH program, be sure to also check out the following appendix that had changes:

Contracted providers serving EAP members must follow the policies and procedures outlined in this supplement, as well as those in the Magellan National Provider Handbook.

Best practice? We strongly suggest reviewing these policies annually, at a minimum, to ensure you're compliant.
