Managing mood with mindfulness: a virtual lunch & learn on Dec. 5
Join Magellan* as we welcome Mark Levine, M.D., for our last lunch & learn session of 2023.
In this session you will:
- Gain understanding of the psychological and physiologic mechanisms by which meditation reduces stress, depression and anxiety while enhancing happiness.
- Learn how to teach skills and strategies that use this science to heal.
- Find ways to integrate these skills and strategies into traditional forms of psychotherapy.

About the presenter
Dr. Levine is a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Community Psychiatry, one of the largest private multi-site group practices in California.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Levine has worked in both clinical and corporate settings teaching people how to reduce stress and enhance well-being. His course, Managing Mood with Mindfulness, offers simple effective skills for reducing suffering and enhancing happiness.
