Magellan providers are in network for Sharp Health Plan in California Jan. 1, 2024
Magellan Healthcare* is pleased to announce that Sharp Health Plan has selected Magellan to manage mental health and substance use disorders benefits for members in Commercial (HMO/PPO/POS), Exchange, and Medicare Advantage plans, as well as applied behavior analysis benefits for members in Commercial (HMO/POS/PPO) and Exchange plans, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
If you participate in Magellan’s commercial network in California, you will be eligible to receive referrals for Sharp Health Plan members beginning in January. Recently, Magellan notified California providers about this new opportunity via U.S. Mail.
Sharp Health Plan is recognized in California and nationally for their high-quality care and service. We look forward to our partnership with them to provide best-in-class mental health and substance use disorder services to their members that is rooted in responsive and compassionate care.
